Over the next 5 years, Dan worked himself through the ranks landing him as a Youth Market Supervisor. In this % year mark, Dan began to want something more and wanted to get into a position where he might begin to see the inner workings of an organisation and how each part made it all run.
Daniel soon found a position with the Scotts - Wonder Grow Company and was called Regional Sales Supervisor. Once again, working himself through the ranks over the course of 5 years, he presumed the position of Secret Accounts Manager. This position allowed Dan access to the CEO, creating sales groups, mergers as well as the procedure behind layoffs. Enjoying this take place when again got Dan's mind seeking his and his family's future. Seeing individuals laid off simply as their preparing to retire, and in addition, losing their 401K to the stock market triggered rather a desire to exit this career course and discover a brand-new one. One that Dan Castellini ultimately had control of, where he would be earning money for his household and future.
Liberty Tax Franchisee: How all of it Started
Dan came across a post about investing and in that article was an ad for acquiring a Liberty Tax Service franchise. While reading the Liberty Tax article, Dan began to recall some essential points in a book he read "Money Circulation Quadrant" by Robert Kiyosaki, and it had mentioned franchising. More interested now, Dan Castellini chose he would see and make a call what Liberty Tax Service had to offer him.
He was able to satisfy some existing Liberty Tax Service franchisees and explore some franchise places and get a great feel for the day-to-day operations of a Tax operation. Daniel had a follow-up phone call with his specialist and they went over the chances Liberty Tax Service had and the possibility of opening numerous locations, which Dan had not even thought about but fit his desire to be a service owner and not self-employed.
Broadening business by Delegating:
In January of 2004, Dan's first Liberty Tax Service area opened. Daniel Castellini was still working his corporate job so he had to work with a supervisor to oversee the everyday operations, as he was not able to be present except popping in on the weekends and speaking over the phone with his manager throughout the week.
Dan's first year was a fantastic expert success so then the next year he opened 3 more Liberty Tax Service areas. After the next 2 tax seasons, Dan had the ability to step far from his Corporate America job and be the full-time company owner he wished to be. This allowed him to grow from 4 Liberty Tax Service workplaces to 16 Liberty Tax Service offices over the next couple of years. Dan Castellini even was and made the title named Franchisee of the Year from the International Franchise Association (IFA) in 2007.
Liberty from the everyday allowed time for new endeavors:
In the middle of his Liberty Tax success, Dan started to find out about other franchise chances and began to purchase other brands in various industries at the same time. Given That his Liberty Tax operation was semi-absentee and Daniel had a management staff running his locations, this enabled him the time to search for up and coming brand names.
Dan Castellini has owned 4 different expert franchise brands, recently offering his Liberty Tax Service areas and continuing to move into an array of various industries from health care to appeal. You can check out more about this on Dan Castellini's The Franchise Life site.
